HR Manager

COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is a leading construction equipment manufacturer offering a full line of extreme duty, intuitive machines for construction equipment owners with nearly 30 overseas subsidiaries & offices, 4 overseas manufacturing plants and 5 R&D bases spreading across the world.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the management team to develop and implement annual recruitment plan. Responsible for the employee recruitment and dismissal.
• Assist the management team to make the company HR plan.
• Familiar with Vietnam labor law and salary system convention. Optimize the company salary system and follow the salary payment.
• Responsible for the employee training and development
• Apply for the payment of employee. Employee daily attendance management. Be able to deal with staff labor dispute.
• Employee KPI and OKR management
• Company management regulation draft and transmission.
• Assist the management to deal with the daily management work.
• Be able to do the employee performance evaluation and submit the suggestion about HR for management team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 

• Bachelor's degree in HR
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR field.
• Good understanding about Vietnam labor law
• Proficient in MS office
• Fluent in Chinese verbal & written. English speaking is an advantage (preferably candidates who know Chinese)
• High-Efficiency, high responsibility

• Salary from 23,000,000 to 45,000,000 VND Monthly + Bonus (Negotiable)
