Job description :

Responsible for the manager of HR and GA dept and management of the local staff (around 8 people in department)

Recruiting（Screening of documents, interview, issuance of letter of intent)

Communicating with recruitment companies

Creation and implementation of an internal training system

Acceptance and training of new employees
-
Payroll and labor-related services (payroll calculation, insurance procedures, etc.)

We have a legal department that is not responsible for organizing contracts and other documents.
Job Requirement:

English Upper-Intermediate (At least 800 TOEIC~)

Experience at same position in Japanese Manufacturing company

At least 5 years of having experiences for GA & HR Manager

Male : ~45 years old
