Job Responsibilities
- Lead business development and market expansion initiatives in assigned regions.

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination across sales, delivery, and support functions.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage local teams to achieve performance and engagement goals.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and maintain effective governance
Job Requirements
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven record of driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution ability.
- In-depth knowledge of technology and enterprise markets.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
10+ years of experience in IT services, engineering, or digital transformation, including sales and operations leadership.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
