Job Description
- Promote the planning and implementation of IT systems centered on ERP solutions, including Microsoft
- Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM, with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
- Analyze and understand clients’ business situations to propose optimal IT and system solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify issues, analyze root causes, and drive resolution.
- Support the development of overall business and IT transformation roadmaps, including high-level IT design
- Manage ERP implementation projects from both user and vendor perspectives, ensuring quality, schedule, and stakeholder alignment.
