Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with national meteorological agencies and relevant government bodies to support ongoing projects.

  • Identify technical challenges faced by partner agencies and coordinate appropriate technical guidance or improvement initiatives.

  • Support onboarding, training, and day‑to‑day utilization of the company’s weather data dashboards and operational tools.

  • Provide field assistance during extreme weather situations such as typhoons or heavy rainfall events.

  • Coordinate performance reviews and produce analytical reports to assess the impact of technical support activities.

  • Act as a communication bridge between local stakeholders and the global headquarters for regular updates and joint initiatives.

  • Participate in long‑term partnership development, including cooperation frameworks, agreements, or technical collaboration models.

  • Travel to partner sites and attend training sessions abroad when required.


Job Requirements

  • Solid understanding of (or strong motivation to learn) meteorology, IT, or AI‑related domains.

  • Fluency in English for professional communication across documents, meetings, and technical coordination.

  • Strong analytical thinking, clear communication style, and high ethical standards.

  • Local nationality and familiarity with the cultural and administrative environment in the recruitment country.


Preferred:

  • Prior experience in meteorology, government work, or technical cooperation programs.

  • Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools or weather‑related data platforms.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in cross‑cultural environments.
