Our Japanese real estate is looking for Construction Manager position to work at their construction site.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visit and monitor the construction site situation and attend construction site meeting.
- Construction supervision management and collaborate with contractors.
- Plan and prepare proposals to improve defects or areas for improvement, which are found through monitoring site situation.
- Attend the meeting and make the presentation to Partners.
- Analyse issues found through monitoring on-site situation and regular meeting and prepare/reflect them to manual/checklist.
- Review the design drawing, incorporate the ideas in the design proposals and ask the designer to revise it.
- Other relevant tasks on request.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University graduate, degree in civil engineering.
- Having working experience from 5 years (prefer working at developer or contractor).
- Having knowledge and experience in quality control in high buildings and monitoring schedule of design and construction based on local practice and legal compliance.
- Good communication skills in English.
- PC skills (CAD, Microsoft office).
