JAC Vietnam is supporting our client, a foreign real estate developer, in hiring a Legal Leader to strengthen their legal function and support key investment projects.
Location: Da Nang City
Job Responsibilities
Oversee and handle all legal matters of the Company, including corporate legal affairs as well as legal aspects of investment, construction, and real estate development projects (with a focus on apartment construction projects for FDI enterprises).
Provide legal support throughout project investment and construction stages to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.
At least 5 years of experience in a corporate legal department and/or law firm.
Proven experience in corporate law and project-related legal work.
Hands-on legal experience in real estate development and urban development projects.
Good in spoken and written English.
Proactive, adaptable, and willing to handle a wide range of legal matters.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines, including overtime when required.
Strong teamwork and service-oriented mindset.
Good communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
