JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for overseeing all operations of the assembly production line.
Ensure product quality meets company and customer standards.
Manage, assign, and supervise production line workers to ensure smooth operation.
Manage and inspect automatic machines and equipment at the beginning of each production shift.
Report production status, handle issues, and propose process improvements when necessary.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
+3 years of experience in production management.
Proactive and highly responsible at work.
Strong team leadership and management skills.
Able to work under high production pressure.
Willing to work in shifts.
