JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Work with Japan customers to understand project requirements
-
Analyse project requirements, design optimal test cases follow company' s methodologies
-
Assign tasks, support and manage team members
-
Review output of team members
-
Project progress reporting, issues discussing, schedule adjusting directly with customers
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-
University graduated, majoring in information technology
-
Have experiences working in Japanese projects as QA/QC, Tester, Developer, Project Manager, BrSE...positions
-
Have high management and people skills such as planning, reporting, problem solving, negotiation, leadership...
-
Excellent at Japanese (N2 level, especially communication skill), good at English
