Software Leader

COMPANY OVERVIEW
JAC is opening an attractive position from one of our valued clients in HCMC

This role coordinates and leads software development team and projects related to new and existing business opportunities, reporting to the Operation Manager.

·        Location: Long Hau Province, Can Giuoc

·        Working time: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

·        Route: Bus lines are provided

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Lead and develop team members

·        Creates and executes software development project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

·        Assist with development of project plans

·        Gathers all project information: schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings

·        Maintains document control, track project activities and team communication

·        Attend requirements gathering meetings with team and being able to translate these requirements into development plans and schedules

·        Analyzes, proposes, and reviews deliverables and presents to management

·        Effectively applies standard project management methodology and enforces project standards

·        Manages business resources assigned to projects; including project scope and timelines

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

·        Bachelor’s degree required

·        5-10 years of experience in a software development Project-Management related role

·        Experience working with development teams and software development lifecycle

·        3+ years of advanced NodeJS and ReactJS development is necessary

·        3+ years of NoSQL (such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, CosmosDB) experience is required. SQL experience is a plus

·        Ability to understand new concepts and work on self-improving areas with knowledge gaps to understand company direction and technology used

·        Exceptional written, verbal and presentation communication skills in English

·        Great organizational and time management skills

·        Strong problem solving and analytical skills
