SERVICE ENGINEER
COMPANY OVERVIEW
A trading Japanese company in Ha Noi with main business of SMT machines and others needs to employ a service engineer for Hanoi Office.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• In charge of setting or maintenance machines (SMT Machines), operate and test.
• Training, guidance, and technology transfer, and support technical process to customers.
• Handling equipment problems during operation.
• Prepare reports on product problems/ defects reported by customers and make solutions for maintenance or changes equipment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from the University majoring in electrical, electronics, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
• Have 2~ 3 years’ working experience for SMT machines.
• Good command in English.
• Good communication skills.

BENEFITS
   

• Working time: 7:30~16:30 (Mon-Fri) and two~ three days of Saturday per month.
• Working place: Hanoi.
• Salary: 1000~1500 USD Gross (based on experience).
• Japanese language Allowance (N3- N1: 800.000 VND~2000.000 VND/month).
• English language Allowance (TOEIC 650 and above: 1000.000VND/month).
• Chinese language Allowance (HSK3 and above: 1000.000VND/month).
• All benefit accordance with Labour Law and company’s regulation.
• Have annual leave one day per month even from during probation time.
• 13th month salary.
• Review salary once per month based on performance result.
