JAC's client - A top Local Bank is looking for a Service Design Manager at HCM city, Vietnam.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• From framing challenges to reframing and improving end-to-end experiences, the service design manager will be involved in every step of the design and delivery process. In order to align client needs and corporate goals, the position holder will spearhead and promote the service design discipline inside the bank.

• Compile, map, and display the comprehensive consumer experience across all channels, offers, and business divisions. 

• Arrange and oversee project-related service design tasks.

• Create route maps and service blueprints to offer guidance for fresh and enhanced client journeys.

• Create the Customer Journey plan, which establishes goals and directives for the Business Tribe, in order to fulfill the bank's digital strategy vision.

• Oversee user researchers to guarantee that insights are consolidated and consistent.

• Closely collaborate with other tribe leaders and senior management teams to develop the necessary services and create the customer journey plan.

• Solve business and customer challenges with data, agile processes, and design thinking. 

• Make use of new and developing trends to drive enhancements to present offerings and the introduction of creative fixes. 

JOB REQUIREMENT

• 8 years of applicable experience gained at a financial institution, including 4 years of team management experience extensive background in creating customer journeys and managing stakeholders demonstrated expertise in the field of service design.

• Proven track record of driving product and service design in Agile businesses; deep understanding of project management and workplace mediation.   

• Strong background in digital capabilities, namely in the financial services sector, in product and journey design   

• A degree in design, HCD, or behavioral/social science, either bachelor's or master's
