PURCHASING STAFF

COMPANY OVERVIEW
A company imports electronic components, mount electronic components in cooperating factories, export them to domestic companies or overseas as electronic substrates and sell them.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow up PO and shipping schedule with suppliers to meet production requirement.
• Process customs clearance.
• Operate and utilise internal system.
• Handle monthly inventory with subcontractor.
• Contact with other sections and subcontractor to solve troubles if any.
• Other related tasks assigned by Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Foreign Trade University, National University, National Economics University are preferable).

• Proficient at Excel.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work under pressure, overtime if needed.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, quick-learning, positive and open minded.

BENEFITS

• Working hour: 08:00~17:00 (Mon ~Fri).
• Salary: 600USD~800USD.

• Allowances: Lunch payment, transportation expenses, business trip allowance, parking lot fee, housing allowance, etc.
•  Bonus: twice a year in accordance with company regulations.

• Upgrade salary: once in accordance with company regulations.
• Probationary period: 2months.
