1/Management:
- Control production team, engineering team
- Assessment system, KPI…
2/ Production:
- Raw yarn -> production -> Inspection -> Finish goods
+ Make production planning.
+ Control production line
+ Qualitty control
3/ Engineering:
+ Understand technical matters
+ Understand maintenance
Job requirement:

Male 30-40 years old

Technical Bachelor of university of Science and Technology, Technology and Education …

At least 3-5 years of production leader

Working in foreign company (Priority for Japan company)

Good english skill in report and converasation

Good in computer: office and others.

Management skill.

Good prolem solving skill, can work under high pressure, Self–motivated, team working, responsibility.
