Oversee all aspects of procurement for our Singapore office, liaising with subcontractors and managing inventory effectively.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders received through the Singapore office for delivery to sales offices and customers.
Oversee all aspects of procurement for our Singapore office, liaising with subcontractors and managing inventory effectively.
Main Duties
Process invoices for subcontractors according to purchase orders.
Verify product acceptance checklists against invoices.
Review and approve invoices.
Generate outstanding payment lists.
Issue goods movement forms.
Manage parts provisioning for production, including issuing parts provision lists, Jikko Buhin lists, delivery orders, and credit notes to subcontractors.
Maintain accurate inventory control using SAP data, physical stock counts, and handle ad-hoc inventory tasks.
Additional Duties:
Complete all related documentation in a timely and organized manner.
Prepare necessary documents for internal and external audits.
Escalate any irregularities or issues to the Production Planning Manager and team leader.
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or higher qualification.
Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
Positive attitude and strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Basic understanding of goods receipt, sales, purchasing, quotation, and inventory procedures.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar procurement role within the electronics or related industries.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel with strong preference for SAP knowledge.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Reading comprehension in Japanese preferred (JLPT N3 level or above).
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
JOB BENEFITS
Salary from 15,000,000 to 20,000,000 VND Gross Monthly.
