Job Responsibilities
Serve as the key contact for Planning, Production, Engineering, and Suppliers
Track progress on NPI, ECN, layout, and logistics initiatives
Assess warehouse staffing needs based on production changes
Manage space for raw materials and finished goods
Align packaging needs with strategy (disposable & returnable)
Resolve daily material delivery issues
Maintain accurate logistics master data (layouts, routings, packaging loops)
Approve process changes and support team development
Ensure warehouse tools and equipment are in place
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Job Requirements
2–3 years of relevant experience
Fluent in Vietnamese & English
Strong in inventory management, project execution, warehouse layout, material flow, logistics coordination, and packaging standards
