Our client is looking for the Lean Engineer position.
Work Location: Vsip2- Binh Duong
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Standardize procedures, track performance, improve workflows, and apply Lean methods to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Optimize processes for quality and efficiency, drive cost reduction through ROI and savings tracking.
Lead Kaizen, 5S, and layout improvements, deliver Lean training, and support development.
Validate improvements using data and simulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant.
2–5 years in manufacturing, with a focus on Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, TQM, or Continuous Improvement.
English is a must (TOEIC 605 and above, or IELTS equivalent certificate)
