Job Responsibilities
- Review client briefs to identify specific knowledge needs, and conduct comprehensive industry and company research to source the most relevant experts.
- Proactively connect with potential experts through phone calls, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
- Assess experts’ suitability and alignment with client requirements, ensuring a high standard of quality in every recommendation.
Job Requirements
- Final-year students or fresh graduates holding a Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Korean Studies or a related discipline.
Strong service mindset, with a dedication to exceeding client expectations and delivering meaningful value. Fluent or native level in Korean and English professional communication is mandatory;
- Proven interest in the business environment, demonstrated through 3–6 months of work experience, internships, or extracurricular involvement with Korean language application.
- Possess a growth-oriented mindset, treating obstacles and short-term challenges as opportunities to improve.
