Key Account Manager (Software)

COMPANY OVERVIEW 

JAC's client is looking for Key Account Manager based in Ho Chi Minh responsible to manage and oversee the successful delivery of projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure to achieve success in the delivery of projects while maintaining an relationship with existing customers.
• Collaborate with the Sales organization for any cross-selling opportunities.
• Manage all day-to-day communications with clients and respond to issues and requests
• Facilitate customer meetings focused on status reporting, problem-solving, feedback, and fostering open communication within the internal and external teams.
• Oversee the different projects, tracking issues and driving resolution with stakeholders.
• Manage a master implementation project plan to ensure the timely achievement of all deliverables in partnership with the Program Manager.
• Proactively collaborate with other departments as required to fulfill client’s requests and initial product deployment to serve as the link of communication between customers and internal teams.
• Data driven, and capable of drawing meaningful insights from KPIs to present monthly reports to customers and partners with the goal of continuous improvement of KPI’s when needed.
• Lead a quarterly meeting with each customer to review the status of main topics in-depth in partnership with other internal departments

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

• Bachelor’s in Administration, Business Management, Economics or relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a program or account management position.
• Proficiency in English, fluency in Vietnamese, and any additional languages will be a plus.
• Previous experience in the aviation industry will be desirable.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Customer driven mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and efficiently with limited supervision.
• Ability in problem-solving and prioritizing.
• Passion for the travel industry, digital services, and ecommerce.
