JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- In charge of Translators and interpreters for the General Director.
- In charge of Translators and interpreters the Company's meetings under the direction of the General Director.
- Act as a bridge between the General Director and employees/departments, conveying the General Director's requirements to employees/departments.
- Support the General Director in external relations with Customers/Partners.
- Monitor and arrange the General Director's schedule.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduating from Universities
- Japanese N1 – JLPT N1 , Can speak English (Daily conversation level is OK)
- Priority will be given to those who have experience studying in Japan or working in Japan.
- Living in Da Nang or have a relationship between Da Nang.
- Cooperative, Cheerful personality, Hard worker
- Be able to fully understand the thinking of the Japanese.
- Extensive interpreting experience. In particular, fluent level of Vietnamese language ability.
- Be ambitious (want to learn new knowledge and take on new challenges).
- To do not only simple assistant work but also as a partner of the direct leader.
- Having cooperativeness, and respect for superiors and co-workers.
- Word, PPT, Excel skills.
Benefit:
- Time work: Mon ~ Fri : 8 AM~17 PM
- Bonus 13th salary and depend on working result
