Overview of work: managing fabric production and garment production in affiliated factories (Thanh Hoa factory, other garment factories of the company) to promote the company's garment business in Vietnam
Position: Apparel production manager
1. Location: Thanh Hoa
2. Content:
• Arrange and manage garment production at the factory
• Manage deliveries, coordinate, work with factories under direction from parent company's office in Hong Kong
• Accompany and work with the people in charge of Uniqlo Vietnam and related parties when these parties visit the factory
• When product quality problems arise, confirm on-site and negotiate delivery time.
3. Requirements:
• Japanese N2, English communication
• Being Thanh Hoa, or human resource in Hanoi can go on business in Thanh Hoa
• Proficient in Excel
• Experience in garment production or fabric production management
• Graduated from college or university in Vietnam or Japanese schools
GENERAL MODE:
• Salary: Negotiable (ranging from 500-1000 USD)
• Language allowance (N1: 2,000,000VND, N2: 1,000,000VND, N3: 500,000VND)
• Business allowance (Max 50,000VND / day)
• Petro allowance (220,000VND - 500,000VND / day)
• Lunch allowance (30,000VND / day)
