JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


• Spearheads the implementation of growth strategies tailored for Vietnam, catering to both current and potential clientele, fostering synergy among Solution Line teams and regional leadership to ensure effective execution of growth plans. 
• Assumes responsibility for meeting sales targets countrywide, actively propelling sales efforts and instilling a sales-focused culture either through centralized team management or collaboration with business units. 
• Cultivates and nurtures relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations across Vietnam, contributing to the achievement of yearly sales objectives. 
• Advocates for the adoption of the client value model and global standards, integrating client satisfaction seamlessly into day-to-day operations, customizing approaches to meet diverse client needs. 
• Collaborates with local and regional leaders to bolster client retention through sustainable value delivery and drives profitable growth among clients. 
• Oversees the implementation of the country's growth plan, prioritizing opportunities aligned with market dynamics and client demands, ensuring efficient resource allocation. 
• Develops comprehensive country plans, budgets, and performance targets for both immediate and long-term business expansion. 
• Conducts routine Growth (Day-After-Usage) assessments for Vietnam, providing insights for the annual growth planning cycle within the region and implementing best practices.
• Ensures the consistent application of the sales process, including rigorous pipeline management, precise forecasting, and thorough sales activity monitoring in line with regional standards. 
• Collaborates with Growth Operations and the Head of Growth and partnership to identify and assess market opportunities, advocating for strategic initiatives within the country and across Solution Lines. 
• Works closely with the Marketing team to align marketing and sales strategies with regional and global client needs, customizing approaches to fit the local market landscape, and prioritizing actions based on revenue potential and quality benchmarks. 

JOB REQUIREMENT
Demonstrated proficiency in navigating the intricacies of the Vietnamese business environment, including its dynamic market conditions, pivotal drivers, and competitive landscapes. 
• In-depth understanding of client enterprises and associated risk elements, facilitating the identification and implementation of effective mitigation strategies. 
• Extensive knowledge of company array of products and services, coupled with an unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional value to clients. 
• A fervent entrepreneurial spirit, motivated to harness the firm's capabilities for optimal client results. 
• A nuanced grasp of regional dynamics, emerging trends, and macroeconomic factors, guiding strategic decision-making processes.
