We are seeking for experienced IT manager to manage all IT operations at a Japanese company. The role involves managing all infrastructure, security, compliance, and supporting business growth through technology initiatives.
Job responsibilities:
Manage IT department operation comply with IOP/ HO/ Local regulations.
Periodically conduct review/ audit/ activities to make sure IT infrastructure are update/ enhanced to keep up with technology changes, business development, new regulations.
Prepare branch IT annual budget
Develop and implement IT Policy and best practice guides for the bank.
Identify and act on opportunities to improve and update the bank systems/ operation processes.
Key requirements:
Have more than 10 years of IT experiences, including 5 years in managerial role.
Strong experience and knowledge of Microsoft Servers, VMware, Cisco Security, LAN/WANT
Proven records of IT project implementations.
Fluently communicate in English.
Bachelor/ Master's degree in IT background.
Excellent leadership, reporting and problem-solving skills.
