Job Descriptions
Provide IT helpdesk support and maintain all company IT equipment and systems.
Set up, configure, and monitor PCs, servers, and networks to ensure stable operation.
Manage data backup, system security, and minimize downtime.
Advise on IT upgrades and collaborate with other departments on related tasks.
Requirements
Graduated from Uni.– major in IT/ Computer Science/ Computing/ Computer Engineering/ Cybersecurity/ Network Engineering Electronics & Telecommunications … or equivalent.
At least 03 years of working experience in IT Help Desk, domain management, mail systems, web hosting, Systems Engineer or Security.
Proficiency in server and basic network administration, database installation and management, operating systems, and data backup systems.
Good English communication, strong reading and comprehension skills.
