JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide technical expertise in Silicon Photonics and High-Speed Interfaces, with a focus on MP1900A Signal Quality Analyzer and Vector Network Analyzer, to help customers achieve compliance and accelerate product development.
Lead customer evaluations, deliver on-site demonstrations, and drive troubleshooting to resolve complex signal integrity issues.
Analyze measurement results (Eye Diagram, Jitter, SNDR, BER, etc.), identify root causes, and deliver actionable technical reports.
Provide technical seminars, demonstrations, and application notes to customers and partners.
Report on the status, progress and issues about the projects/tasks to ACVN BDM and the ACVN management periodically in a timely manner and proper way.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering. Degrees in mathematics, physics or other science degree may be considered
Familiarity with High-speed Interface standards such as PCI-Express(PCIe Gen3~Gen6), USB (3.2 / USB4 / USB4 v2), Ethernet (400GbE / 800GbE PAM4) , OIF (OIF-56G)
Hands-on experience in debugging and compliance testing of high-speed interface standards (e.g., PCIe, USB, Ethernet).
Communication fundamentals, Signal Integrity and measurement techniques: insertion loss, cross talk, jitter, skee, eye diagram, and BER.
Hands on expertise with oscilloscope, VNAs, BERT.
Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Proactive, self-motivated, and self-directed to work independently.
Strong team player with ability to work independently
