JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Presentation to customer in the regular meetings.
- Making presentation materials for above.
- Analysis failure root cause and make corrective action/solution.
- Coordinate and negotiate about the solution with related engineers and factory staffs.
- Coordinate and negotiate about the solution with related venders such as materials and equipment.
- Coordinate and managing schedule for corrective action/solution.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering
- English is a must (TOEIC 700 and above, or IELTS equivalent certificate)
- Japanese communication (JLPT N3 or above)
- 1-3 year's experience in quality management is preferable.
- MS Office (Excel, PPT, word) & related software
- Other skills required:
Statistics skill for quality analysis/management.
