JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting overall agency management operations.
 - Handling all import and export operations.
 - Assisting with social media and website management.
 - Managing Salesforce operations.
 - Communicating with agencies via email and phone.
 - Creating documents and entering data.
 - Preparing and managing business reports.
 - Performing other related administrative tasks.
 
- 3+ years of relevant work experience.
 - Proficiency in English.
 - Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 - Strong communication skills.
 - Ability to work well in a team.
 - Female candidates aged 20-30 are preferred.
 
- Location: Hanoi Office (Shared Office)
 - Employment Type: Full-time Employee
 - Salary: Around 20,000,000 VND (Gross) per month
 - Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
