JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve personal sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and order acquisition to sales closure and accounts receivable collection.
- Develop and maintain a detailed list of sales agents and distributors, including comprehensive information on each channel partner.
- Prepare and manage sales agency agreements.
- Conduct visits to sales agents and distributors.
- Execute support activities for sales agents and create and implement promotion programs for sales agents.
- Collect and analyze information about customers and competitors.
- Identify and engage with potential new sales agents to expand the company's sales network.
- Manage monthly order and sales reports and oversee sales commissions.
- Provide monthly reports on sales activities and performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University degree or above
- +3 years of experience in agency sales representative role within the building or plumbing and drainage equipment industry.
- Have knowledge of design and application of rubber and metal flexible joints, plumbing and drainage valves, and vibration damping materials.
- Proficient in English (TOEIC 850 or above); Japanese is preferred.
- Work in current company for at least 3 years
- Proficient in MS-Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
