A foreign company is looking for a Consultant to research for investment opportunities and support transactions in Vietnam and the Asian market.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct market research and development analysis of new investment projects.
- Evaluate the feasibility of investment opportunities.
- Contract Negotiations.
- Follow up process of executing transactions to meet the business objectives.
- Administer the process of due diligence and corporate value assessment.
- Strictly adhere to the Company policies, procedures, and ethical requirements, ensure the operation of daily activities are ethically and legally complied.
- Support and participate in various ad hoc assignments or projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
- Having 1-3 years of experience of M&A work in the Consulting/Investment firm or Healthcare projects.
- English professional proficiency
- Strong problem solving, negotiation, research, and analytical skill.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Accuracy of reports and records.
- Hybrid working, willing to have abroad business trip.
