• Lead and oversee end‑to‑end delivery of SAP projects, including implementation, rollout, and application support engagements
• Take part in pre‑project assessments to define scope, approach, and feasibility
• Manage project execution to ensure timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations are met
• Apply internal project governance frameworks and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to plan resources and align dependencies
• Coordinate with clients to agree on milestones, deliverables, communication flow, and acceptance terms
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure infrastructure readiness on both client and internal sides
• Monitor project scope and ensure compliance with contractual commitments
• Handle change requests and emerging issues in line with established procedures
• Define and execute plans to ensure smooth project handover and delivery quality
• Identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies
• Track progress, motivate team members, and ensure adherence to agreed schedules
• Review project plans at key stages and adjust as necessary
• Conduct performance reviews for project team members upon completion
• Document outcomes, best practices, and lessons learned for knowledge sharing

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related discipline
• Project management certification (e.g. PMP) is an advantage
• Proven experience managing multiple full‑cycle ERP projects or large support/upgrade programs
• Strong command of English for professional communication
• Solid understanding of standard project management methodologies
• Hands‑on experience with at least one project management or tracking tool
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation capabilities
• Strong task delegation and team coordination skills
• Ability to lead, influence, and inspire project teams
• Fluent in English
