JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer and oversee various types of insurance claims.
• Manage additional claim types as assigned.
• Set appropriate reserves and process claim payments within authorized limits, reporting to relevant parties as necessary.
• Handle subrogation recovery cases.
• Address coinsurance and reinsurance claims.
• Provide training sessions for team members and clients.
• Fulfill responsibilities related to claims management and loss control.
• Adhere to guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Follow up on outstanding claims information and negotiate settlements with claimants.
• Maintain effective communication with customers.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in daily tasks.
• Utilize and oversee software systems and related projects.
• Compile reports and statistics for internal meetings.
• Perform additional office duties as requested by the company.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University graduate.
• Proficient in English.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, as well as insurance.
• Effective interpersonal skills for building and expanding partnerships.
• Maintain effective communication with customers.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in daily tasks.
• Proficient in using and managing software systems and related projects.
• Prepare reports and statistics for relevant internal meetings.
• Perform additional office tasks as required by the Company.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Insurance field.
• Experience in handling and managing marine claims and personal claims.
