Japanese company in HCMC is looking for a Chief Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting tasks
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage overall accounting activities of the company
- Prepare monthly, yearly financial statements and report to the Manager, Tax Department, and other government offices regarding accounting and finance issues
- Reviewing financial records, contracts, and other documentation to ensure the accuracy
- Tax calculation, budget preparation and expense management activities
- Oversee financial transactions according to company policies and regulations
- Monitoring cash flow, review and approve of payments and remittances
- Review and check tax returns/fillings and secure tax compliance in Vietnam
- Report to Japanese Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
- Proven Accounting experience with 3-5 years of experience in the equivalent role
- Experience working in Japanese company
- Good English skills
- Having Japanese is a plus (not must)
OTHER INFORMATION
- Working hour: 8:30 – 17:30, Mon – Fri
- 13th month salary
- Annual leave: 14 days
- Transportation allowance, phone allowance
