COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is Manufacturing company looking for the Chief Accountant (JLPT N3/N2) position.
Work Location: Long Duc Industrial Park (Dong Nai)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Financial & Management Accounting
Organize and manage the entire financial and management accounting system.
Monitor and control cash flow, bank deposits, and all banking transactions.
Track revenue, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and optimize cash flow efficiency.
2. Cost Accounting & Budgeting
Product Costing: Calculate and analyze production costs for electronic products.
Budget Management: Establish and monitor budgets for manufacturing, sales, and General & Administrative (G&A) expenses.
Collaborate with other departments to control costs and improve operational performance.
3. Financial Reporting & Compliance
Prepare periodic Financial Statements, Tax Reports, and Management Reports.
Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, internal audits, and external audits.
Manage and maintain the Internal Control System to mitigate financial risks.
4. Inventory & Asset Management
Lead and supervise annual physical inventory counts (stock, raw materials, and fixed assets).
Manage asset depreciation and inventory discrepancies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience in a Chief Accountant role.
Industry Background: Solid experience in the Manufacturing sector, specifically within Japanese electronics companies.
Language: Proficiency in Japanese (N3 or above) is mandatory for reporting and internal communication.
Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of ERP systems.
Advanced Excel skills and a proven track record of professional reporting.
Competencies: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to work under high pressure.
