JOB RESPONSIBILITIES                                                                
  • Control import plans & delivery plans to customers                                               
  • Issue shipping documents for delivery to customers
  • Following customer & supplier’s request (PO, survey….)                             
  • Check logistics charges from forwarders.                                                                  
  • Control inventory and aging stocks                                                                 
  • Follow the AR from customers.                                                             
  • Other requirement from managers.                                                    
  • Supporting sales PIC for others.
Management internal control by:                                                                   
  • Check docs to see if goods delivery is arranged according to contracts and credit limit.                                                                      
  • Communicate with logistics companies for daily delivery operations.                     
  • Communicate with Sales Coordinators and Accounting dept, managers and others if requested. for daily operations.                                 
  • [System input] Goods delivery data, Payment to supplier, etc.                                   
  • Verify logistics charges with delivery documents.
  • Study the related laws to business if requested.                                         
  • Sending report as requested (Chemical report…)
  • Other requirements from managers.                                                    
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Logistics-related experience is a must (Experience on Import & export procedure; HS Code Classification; Incoterm; Logistic transactions; International business; ….)
  • Used to have experience in logistics & Trading Company are preferable.
  • 3+ years of work experience in those fields.
  • Good communication in English.
  • Effective Communication.                                                          
  • MS WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, and Outlook basic skill is a must. Good skills of EXCEL are a must. SAP operation experience is preferable.
  • Cooperative; Compliant with laws & regulations; KAIZEN-minded; Open to new experiences; Attention to details; Carefulness                                                     
  • Actively listen, Willing to learn new things with a challenging mind.
