Company and Job Overview


A fast-growing international tech enterprise specializing in digital advertising technology and CRM platforms, with headquarters in Japan and operations across Southeast Asia and the United States.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the backend of a CRM service application using Python 3.

  • Design and implement new features for local product development based on business requirements.

  • Monitor networks and systems to prevent potential threats or faults.

  • Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

  • Stay up to date with the latest technology trends, continuously adopting best practices.

  • Perform additional development-related tasks as assigned.


Job Requirements
 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in web application development (any language).

  • At least 2 years of backend development experience using Python.

  • Proficiency in cloud computing-based product development.

  • Experience in designing architectures using AWS or GCP.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work independently with initiative.

  • Experience with frontend frameworks: Vue.js, AngularJS, React.

  • Understanding of sales support systems (e.g., Sales Force Automation).

  • Experience developing customer management systems (CRM, ERP), including architecture and technology evaluation.

  • Exposure to large-scale data infrastructure and distributed data processing.

  • Agile/Scrum development experience.

  • Japanese language proficiency (optional)
