They are looking for Technical Sales Coordinator in Ho Chi Minh City
Job Responsibilities
Support the Sales team with sample requests and coordinate both domestic and international shipments
Communicate with customers regarding delivery status, sample requests, and documentation
Collaborate with Sales and Logistics teams to resolve issues related to orders and shipments
Ensure accurate order entry into the internal system
Coordinate items requiring certification or additional inspection with relevant parties
Update and maintain regulatory information related to the food and beverage industry
Translate regulatory information into English
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Able to work under pressure
Proficient in English
