JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are searching for a master Technical Recruiter who will be devoted to finding the best Engineers for
our talented team. You will be responsible for spearheading all recruitment efforts from beginning to
end: sourcing, screening, and onboarding our newest team members, as well as leading the Recruitment
team in Vietnam, including:
● Creating attention-grabbing job advertisements
● Utilizing your professional network to source candidates
● Helping to our company's brand within the job market
● Performing managerial reference checks
● Drafting offer letters and contracts
● Working cross-collaboratively with management and HR in company’s various locations
● Managing recruitment team in Vietnam

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidates are passionate and talented Recruiters who possess the following:
● 2-3 years’ experience recruiting for IT roles (e.g. Software Engineers, QAs, UI/UX, etc.)
● Proficiency with the English language (both verbally and written)
● A proven track record of hiring
● Experience developing recruitment strategies and processes
● Strong interpersonal teams and the ability to work both independently and on a team
