JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take part of the decision for new suppliers.
- Work out improvement activities together with the suppliers and force to fulfill them.
- Visit, evaluate and audit suppliers with a team.
- Take the responsibility in the complaint management (trouble shooting) by the suppliers in case of actual quality matters.
- Support according to the escalation levels of insufficient performances
- Support in projects related with new suppliers and partly leading these projects concerning the sub project with new supplier.
- Develop supplier performance.
- Make improvement project with supplier.
- Reporting of supplier quality status and activities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Have 3-5years working experience in production in mechanical process.
- Technical understanding (in detail read engineering drawing)
- Knowledge in project management.
- Quality awareness (know about IATF 16949/14000/18000)
- English communication by technical language well (drawing, process flow...).
- Knowledge on product development, supplier base, supplier development (prefer to have a bit knowledge)
- Knowledge about QC tool, 5 core tools.
