Job Responsibilities
Manufacturing Engineer
- Planning and setting up the layout of the DJ equipment PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) production line
- Maintenance and upkeep of production equipment and jigs/tools used in the DJ equipment PCBA production line
- Creation and management of production-related documents for DJ equipment PCBA manufacturing
- QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) management and improvement activities on the DJ equipment PCBA production line
- Training and development of operators (including onboarding education)
Career path:
- During the initial factory setup, the focus will be on installing production equipment for the PCBA manufacturing line, starting up the machines, and onboarding and training workers, including line leaders.
- After that, the role will involve managing production operations in the PCBA manufacturing process, including maintenance and upkeep of production equipment and jigs/tools, as well as quality improvement activities for the PCBA manufacturing line.
Requirements:
- University graduate or higher
- English (Required): Business-level proficiency (able to understand and actively participate in internal meetings)
- Practical experience in PCBA production such as SMT: 3 years or more
- Experience operating equipment in SMT production
- Experience creating programs for SMT machines
Preferred Qualifications - Experience working in electronic device board mounting processes
- Experience managing Wave Soldering equipment
- Experience in maintenance and upkeep of production equipment and jigs/tools
Practical experience in Japanese or foreign-affiliated manufacturing plants
