Job Responsibilities
Manufacturing Engineer
Planning and setting up the layout of the DJ equipment PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) production line
Maintenance and upkeep of production equipment and jigs/tools used in the DJ equipment PCBA production line
Creation and management of production-related documents for DJ equipment PCBA manufacturing
QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) management and improvement activities on the DJ equipment PCBA production line
Training and development of operators (including onboarding education)
Career path:
During the initial factory setup, the focus will be on installing production equipment for the PCBA manufacturing line, starting up the machines, and onboarding and training workers, including line leaders.
After that, the role will involve managing production operations in the PCBA manufacturing process, including maintenance and upkeep of production equipment and jigs/tools, as well as quality improvement activities for the PCBA manufacturing line.
Requirements:
University graduate or higher
English (Required): Business-level proficiency (able to understand and actively participate in internal meetings)
Practical experience in PCBA production such as SMT: 3 years or more
Experience operating equipment in SMT production
Experience creating programs for SMT machines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in electronic device board mounting processes
Experience managing Wave Soldering equipment
Experience in maintenance and upkeep of production equipment and jigs/tools
Practical experience in Japanese or foreign-affiliated manufacturing plants
