Company and Job Overview

JAC's client is a newly established factory based in Ho Nai, Dong Nai. 

 

Job Responsibilities

NDP Quality, PFMEA/ECN facilitation: 

  • Prepare Quality Critical to validate the process and product from NPD, Pilot Run to SOP phrase

  • Core team working to engineer, production, and related Dept to define and improve Product Quality 

  • Launching PFMEA session with cross functional team 

  • Evaluation critical process and define high action priority activity by RPN (SOD)

  • Risk assessment and take action plan for ECR/ECN change 

  • Apply SPC, MSA activity for Lig, Ficture and machine validation 

  • Conformity of Production (COP): Coordination activities for internal/external auditors management 

  • Coordination of any issues or risk to resolve before start production withthe  R&D team, the Technical team, and the production team 

  • Work in collaboration with Assy Eng in order to improve robustness and have data occurrence from past production to reduce risk 

QMS/ISO:

  • Maintain documentation related to ISO 9001 to ensure control

  • Review all documents (internal & external) for accuracy and completeness per applicable instructions provided 

Reporting:

  • To Quality NPD coordinator and tower lead 

     

Performance monitoring:

  • Monitor transportation KPIs and freight forwarders' performance 

  • Support freight cost validation and invoice checking 

 

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or related field 

  • At least 2 years with the same position in the Manufacturing area 

  • Knowledge in 2D-3D drawing, NPD/Pilot Run process, PFMEA evaluation 

  • 7QC tools, PDCA, Problem solving 

  • MS office, SAP, ERP system 

  • ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 is prefered)

  • English communication
