Design Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a Design Engineer specializing in medical electrical cables to design, develop, and improve cable products that meet customer requirements, industry standards, and internal quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop medical cable products based on customer/project requirements.
• Review and analyze technical requirements, drawings, and standards.
• Create and update drawings, BOMs, and product documentation.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Sales, and QA/QC during development.
• Conduct product testing and validation to ensure performance and compliance.
• Provide technical support for production issues.
• Improve designs for better performance, cost, and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, IEC, RoHS, REACH, and related regulations.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations.

Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Materials, or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in cable design or related fields (medical cable, wire harness, etc.).
• Experience working with U.S. or European customers is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong English communication skills.
• Solid understanding of cable design, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and standards.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
