Service Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Installation and activation of new machinery at client locations.
• Offering technical insights and failure analysis to Research and Development and Engineering units.
• Oversight and monitoring of major projects, including conducting technical presentations for clients as needed.
• Ability to address technical inquiries and offer recommendations or solutions for machine application at client sites.
• Prompt reporting of faults to supervisory personnel.
• Understanding client needs and conducting data analysis to suggest improvements.
• Tackling a variety of issues requiring data analysis and evaluation of relevant factors.
• Close collaboration with R&D, Engineering, and Application teams for in-depth issue investigation and solution deployment.
• Development of a knowledge-based repository for frequently asked questions and documentation.
• Fulfillment of additional duties and tasks as assigned by the Company, ensuring timely completion.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Hold a Professional Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Computer Engineering, Physics, Applied Science, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel within Vietnam and Southeast Asia as directed by superiors.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a dedication to continuous learning and diligence.
• Capacity to work autonomously while also being a team player in a diverse environment.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated teamwork ethos and a positive mindset.
• Positive work ethic, self-motivation, and adeptness at both independent and collaborative work.
• Prior experience in the semiconductor industry for a similar role is advantageous.
• Must have personal transportation means.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in both Vietnamese and English, both written and spoken, at a professional level.
