Foreign construction company is looking for Senior Site Engineer (M&E) to join their dynamic team.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise M&E works in the construction projects.
- In charge of M&E coordination with the consultants/clients and sub contractors.
- Technical & commercial review for submissions.
- Handle process, schedule, quality of sub constructors as needed.
- Arrange the meeting with clients and consultants about technical and schedule.
- Manage risks and issues.
- Prepare documents submitted for approval.
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical engineering, or QS engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of MEP work experience in construction company or engineering consulting company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication in English skills
- Ability to recognize contractual obligations of both the company and its subcontractors.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Demonstrate loyalty, honesty, and commitment
