Job Responsibilities

Lead and enhance safety inspection procedures across multiple managed sites.
Guide and train technical teams to identify risks and implement preventive measures.
Supervise contractors and internal staff to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Monitor building systems including MEP, fire protection, and wastewater treatment.
Respond to technical incidents and support resolution efforts.
Maintain inspection records and coordinate with relevant departments and vendors.
Report system performance and suggest improvements to management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in building operations or safety management (e.g., Chief Engineer).
Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving ability.
Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
Effective communication in English
