JAC's client, a Japanese M&E contractor, is looking for a Senior M&E Engineer position.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Job Responsibilities
Senior M&E Engineer supports engineering activities and technical procurement related to mechanical and electrical systems. The position will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and the parent company to ensure that technical requirements and procurement processes are carried out effectively.
- Review M&E drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Provide technical support for M&E systems and equipment.
- Support procurement activities, including reviewing technical proposals and coordinating with suppliers.
- Assist in supplier evaluation and technical comparison.
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, project stakeholders, and the parent company when required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in M&E engineering.
- Experience in construction, industrial projects, or facility engineering is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience working with suppliers or technical procurement is a plus.
- English communication skills required; TOEIC 600+ or equivalent preferred.
- Japanese language ability is a plus.
- Experience working with Japanese companies or international projects is prefered
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
