We are looking for experienced Sales professionals in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, driving sales volume and market share, while also fostering relationships with key customers and partners, seeking growth opportunities for the company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for experienced Sales professionals in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, driving sales volume and market share, while also fostering relationships with key customers and partners, seeking growth opportunities for the company.
- Develop and implement business plans to achieve company's business objectives.
- Seek and develop new customers.
- Maintain understanding of company's products and services to introduce products and provide suitable application advice to customers.
- Understand current and potential customer needs, competitor activities, and provide feedback to product team.
- Negotiate contracts.
- Maintain good customer service, develop relationships with existing customers.
- +5 years of experience in business development with software/technology products for B2B clients in the BFSI sector in Vietnam
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and situational handling skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with product teams, deployment, and marketing.
- Sales experience with products such as call centers, CRM, eKYC, security, AI, smart card, core-banking... is a significant advantage.
- Good English reading and fluent communication skills
- Proficiency in other languages (Japanese, Korean, Chinese...) is an advantage.
