JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prospecting for new clients and cultivating relationships to gain insights into their business strategies and priorities. Offering consultancy to address their challenges using company’s technology, solutions, and services.
• Collaborating with the Pre-Sale team to craft solutions that effectively resolve clients issues.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them from the bidding phase through project finalization.
• Managing commercial inquiries from clients during project delivery.
• Identifying opportunities to promote and expand company’s services to both clients and their ecosystem partners.
• Defining the sales strategy and target market for assigned products, including market research, identifying prospects, and creating an action plan, with support from managers.
• Maintaining open communication with existing customers to uncover possibilities for cross-selling and upselling within the current client base.
• Successfully closing orders and ensuring accurate contract processing.
• Surpassing individual performance targets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• A bachelor's degree in business, IT, computer science, engineering, or telecommunications.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of Account Manager (direct sales) in the fields of IT and engineering. Previous experience in system integration or software companies is a plus.
• Maintaining a professional appearance and projecting a positive corporate image to the public is essential for visibility.
• Possesses intermediate English language skills for effective communication.
• Demonstrates outstanding communication abilities, including verbal, written, and presentation skills, to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• Exhibits a strong drive to secure substantial projects and advance skills towards becoming a Sales Manager.
• Proficiency at an intermediate level in using Microsoft Office applications and sales tools.
