JAC's client - A Foreign Bank is looking for a Senior RM Corporate Banking (ESG) to join in Vietnam.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•Translate strategic objectives into tactical business plans with measurable metrics to monitor progress.
•Identify growth opportunities through detailed market research, analyzing market trends and potential competitors.
•Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as partners, clients, regulators, and industry influencers.
•Collaborate with international units to enhance network referrals and drive business development.
•Oversee financial metrics including income uplift, budgets, and forecasts to ensure market profitability.
•Assess and manage potential risks and challenges associated with business expansion in the Vietnamese market, developing effective mitigation strategies.
•Analyze the competitive landscape, client challenges, and workflow requirements to maximize efficiencies and minimize risks and costs.
•Support the development of revenue growth strategies for the next three years by evaluating potential product or service improvements, assessing current conditions, and forecasting changes in the external environment.

JOB REQUIREMENT
•Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business.
•Minimum of 10 years experiences in Business Development or Banking, Finance, Economics
•Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities within premier corporate entities and financial institutions globally, harnessing the full potential of our product suite and service offerings.
•Strategically craft and execute business plans that synchronize with and advance the broader strategic objectives of the organization.
•Proficient in developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively promote products and services.
•Proven leadership skills with the capacity to guide and support teams.
•Expertise in managing client interactions and fostering long-term partnerships.
•Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
