Responsibilities
Observe and report on unusual behavior that falls within regulated and sensitive parameters.
Lead the team in providing expert counsel and direction throughout the organization/divisions regarding data privacy and related subjects.
Conduct audits, maintain control measures, and oversee the Bank's adherence to applicable Regulations (such as GDPR, GLBA, FFIEC, Vietnam cyber law, etc.).
Effectively handle project conflicts, address challenges, and respond to evolving business needs to ensure seamless operations.
Collaborate with team leaders to resolve personnel issues and project obstacles, conducting post-mortem and root cause analyses to enhance practices for optimal productivity.
Coach junior team members to enhance their proficiency in data privacy and security.
Identify and foster areas for growth and improvement within the team, providing support through personalized development plans.
Requirements
Hold Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in fields such as Statistics, Mathematics, Quantitative Analysis, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
Accumulate over 7 years of relevant experience in data security within large-scale organizations.
Meet English proficiency requirements in accordance with company's policy.
Demonstrate proficiency in major querying languages, such as SQL.
Possess an intermediate understanding of Big Data technologies.
Grasp the conceptual workings of an RDBM.
Exhibit advanced command over security software for data protection and authentication.
Display general fluency in security and authentication mechanisms across IT.
Demonstrate an advanced understanding of major cryptographic concepts, encompassing both symmetric and asymmetric cryptographic schemes.
Possess a strong grasp of Agile principles, practices, and the Scrum methodology.
Have experience working in (Agile) teams to lead successful digital transformation projects, being involved in end-to-end planning through implementation.
