Job Responsibilities
Manage and deliver medium to large-scale regulatory and enterprise projects, ensuring timely execution and compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee testing, documentation, and release processes to maintain high standards and minimize rework.
- Gather and clarify requirements, prepare detailed documentation including BRD, FSD, and process maps, and align with established SDLC practices.
- Collaborate with regional teams, business units, and vendors to manage schedules, risks, and dependencies effectively.
- Implement vulnerability remediation, patching, and audit-ready documentation to uphold security standards.
Provide incident triage and ensure SLA compliance to maintain system stability and resilience.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and standardization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science
- 10+ years of experience in IT, min 5 years in Project management for enterprise-scale projects.
- Strong proficiency in English
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Database administration skills (MSSQL/Oracle) for performance tuning and system resilience.
Experience working in multinational environments and handling complex projects.
Hands-on experience in business analysis, solution architecture, or security frameworks.
- Preferred certifications: PMP or equivalent, and relevant technical certifications.
